Camp details set for Waunakee High School and
MATC Truax Campus for drill instruction on Sat afternoon and Sunday
(all day) of April camp. It has been determined also that we have
only 3 spots left in the performance other than in the Honor Guard
area. Our first (hopefully not last) project newsletter for the
upcoming camp along with a downloadable April roster were made
available for members.

Camp began 9am at Waunakee High School. Due to
the rain, the entire corps was set up in the opening formation to
get the visual portion moving. Then, percussion and guard
plans were changed, sending both sections back into sectionals. The
brass would continue learning the drill, while the percussion took
the time to learn the last minute of show music and were able to
coordinate the entire ensemble including pit later in the day.
During the evening 30 members of the brass line along with drum
major Daniel Veerhusen, entertained the crowd at Rockin' For A Cure
as they played "You'll Never Walk Alone." Sunday was the same, with
the brass and percussion playing the entire book during the final
hour of camp weekend.
