	6pm-8:30pm Percussion Ensemble Work with Tony & Craig DM's at MATC Lots - Note: some sections may be rehearsing during the afternoon (ie: Tenors)
	9pm-11pm Bowling Party at *Dream Lanes (Directions to Dream Lanes)

*Everyone is invited to the party - $5.00 gets you shoes and all the games you wish to play. Please be careful of your backs, arms, muscles & joints, because we want healthy members all the way through Friday night!

*Project Staff Note: we will hold a short meeting at the bowling alley starting at 9pm in a separate room

	9am Full Corps Meeting (Directions to Memorial High School) Note: We recommend entering the parking area by the stadium using the Mineral Point Road entrance, since the Gammon Road entrance is fairly difficult to navigate with the other corps staying there.

	12:30pm-1:30 Lunch
	1:30-4pm Rehearsal inside Mansfield Stadium
	4pm-8:30pm Showers, Provided Meal, Dress, *Photos, Warm-up *Sample order form-we will have actual extra forms at this rehearsal for those who still need one, so use this online sample only as a reference to what you'd like to order.
	8pm Show at Mansfield Stadium begins
	9pm Our performance (for our younger brothers, Alum's, Families & Friends)
	10pm Finished for the evening (Individually prepare to make a recording of our show at 9am tomorrow)

DAYS NOTES: The group photo will be taken from 6pm-6:45pm in the stadium. You may have individual or sectional pictures taken from 5:30pm-6pm and from 6:45pm to 7:15. Be sure to bring the filled out form and include your payment. We will feed you and have showers available at the stadium before the photos are taken. The show will feature Capital Sound, Jubal (from Holland), Madison Scouts, and us. All seats are $10 general admission and available at the gate which opens at 7pm. We will watch the Scouts and vice-versa prior to our performance and we will jointly sing with the Scouts "... Never Walk..." immediately following our performance.

August 10th Thursday Monona Grove HS/MATC Grass Fields (or Parking Lots-weather dictated)

	9am-11am Rehearsal & Recording Session: Brass & Percussion involved in concert recording at Monona Grove High School Auditorium (Directions to Monona Grove)
	9am-11am Color Guard will be in rehearsal at the Monona Grove High School gymnasium
	11am-12pm Lunch for everyone/Transit to MATC GRASS Fields - Park in lot closest Anderson Street since the fields are just across Anderson Street. (Refer to Parking Lots for directions)
	Noon-4pm Full Corps Rehearsal at MATC area
	4pm Short Meeting and Free evening

DAYS NOTES: In the morning session, the Brass & Percussion will record the show in the Monona Grove High School Theater. IMPORTANT: We need all percussionists to bring a sleeping bag/blanket for floor sound padding on the stage floor in the auditorium. The guard will either be in the school's gym or at the MATC Parking Lots. (Stay tuned)

August 11th Friday MATC Grass Fields (or Parking Lots-weather dictated)

	12pm-4pm Rehearsal at MATC Grass Fields
	4pm-4:30pm Full Corps Meeting
	4:30pm-6:15pm Showers and transit to South Towne Mall (Directions to South Towne Mall)
	6:15pm Meet at South Towne Mall to Eat dinner provided by project-World Buffet at South Towne Mall, Dress & warm-up at Mall, buses to Camp Randall Stadium

(Important) From 6:15pm until after our performance we will only have those persons that are intimately involved with the project with us during this period of the day. There are two specific reasons for this request:

1. Practical reason-limited space on our arranged transportation to Camp Randall




2. Spiritual reason-our last opportunity to concentrate on the performance and one another

After Performance Collect All Equipment (then a drink to let off steam before 2am?)

DAYS NOTES: You can go anywhere you like to shower. We will have a limited number of showers available at MATC and limited bus transportation to South Towne Mall. You can leave your vehicles at either MATC or South Towne Mall, but in either case you must arrange your own transportation back to pick up your vehicles that night or Saturday morning. We will have one bus that will swing by both the Mall and MATC late Friday for those that need a ride.

Equipment-All equipment not belonging to you, (including cases & any extra parts not used by percussion that were not turned into Scott Pearson) must be turned in immediately following our final performance so that we can load it on the vehicles of those who were kind enough to lend it to us.

August 12th Saturday Stadium Bar

2pm-2am "Age-Out Again" Party across from Camp Randall Stadium on Monroe Street. (Directions to Camp Randall)

DAYS NOTES: We have rented space for a huge party tent right across from Camp Randall Stadium at the Stadium Bar. this is open to all members of the project from 2pm until 2am. We are going to have at least four large flat screen monitors with DVD & VHS capabilities and each member of the project will receive coupons worth $20 for food and beverages. You may also bring as many family members and friends as you want (of course, they pay cash for their food/beverages).
