DAYS
NOTES: The group photo will be taken from 6pm-6:45pm in the
stadium. You may have individual or sectional pictures taken
from 5:30pm-6pm and from 6:45pm to 7:15. Be sure to bring the
filled out form and include your payment. We will feed you and
have showers available at the stadium before the photos are
taken. The show will feature Capital Sound, Jubal (from Holland),
Madison Scouts, and us. All seats are $10 general
admission and available at the gate which opens at 7pm. We will
watch the Scouts and vice-versa prior to our performance and we
will jointly sing with the Scouts "... Never Walk..."
immediately following our performance.

DAYS NOTES: In the
morning session, the Brass & Percussion will record the show in
the Monona Grove High School Theater.
IMPORTANT:
We need all percussionists to bring a sleeping bag/blanket for floor
sound padding on the stage floor in the auditorium. The guard will either be
in the school's gym or at the MATC Parking Lots. (Stay tuned)

performance we will only have those persons that are intimately
involved with the project with us during this period of the day.
There are two specific reasons for this request:

Practical reason-limited
space on our arranged transportation to Camp Randall

Spiritual reason-our
last opportunity to concentrate on the performance and one another

DAYS NOTES: You can go
anywhere you like to shower. We will have a limited number of
showers available at MATC and limited bus transportation to South
Towne Mall. You can leave your vehicles at either MATC or South Towne
Mall, but in either case you must arrange your own transportation
back to pick up your vehicles that night or Saturday morning. We
will have one bus that will swing by both the Mall and MATC late
Friday for those that need a ride.
Equipment-All equipment not belonging to you, (including cases &
any extra parts not used by percussion that were not turned into
Scott Pearson) must be turned in
immediately following our final performance so that we can load it
on the vehicles of those who were kind enough to lend it to us.
August
12th Saturday
Stadium Bar

"We're going to PARTY like its on sale for $19.99!"
DAYS NOTES: We have rented
space for a huge party tent right across from Camp Randall Stadium
at the Stadium Bar. this is open to all members of the project from
2pm until 2am. We are going to have at least four large flat screen
monitors with DVD & VHS capabilities and each member of the project
will receive coupons worth $20 for food and beverages. You may also
bring as many family members and friends as you want (of course,
they pay cash for their food/beverages).
