November Journal 13 Show music sample demonstrations were shared today, uniform prototype exhibitions, member inventory, equipment inventory, shares payment status, and Mike & Andrew stepped up to join the show staff on color guard contributions. Taras has completed the Madison Collage Medley and Chris Theo is near completed on drum solo work according to sources. Practice materials for brass players will be posted within the next few days, along with materials for field percussion players via Jeff Spanos! Brass players will need to provide their own mouthpieces. Camp dates for June were set with July nearing a commitment too. A number of people still need to fill out the contact form online and join the "Alumnideas" forums area for future music distribution potential.
14 MDBCA Board meeting attended by Randy Ferrie, Scott Stewart, and Scott Pearson. Many very good ideas were discussed with everyone in the room seemingly excited by our report on our progress and our future strategies. We have our own goals set and the members of the board are in unanimous support of what we all have in front of us.

15 Currently working on using US Mail to verify a nucleus of regional members for performance, and to also confirm addresses and create general project awareness for those yet to hear about it. Also, current project members, including non-committed and those that have not paid shares yet will soon be receiving emails on where the project is at and where they will need to be in a few weeks and to help get the word out about the project.
17 Mass emails went out today to acknowledge Alumni members status and to serve notice of next months deadline for performer commitments. 3 email types for unsure contacts, interested but unpaid, and paid members.
25 To protect everyone's submitted email address to the project, the entire site has every posted email address encrypted to help prevent the spread of SPAM!
